Plato to Speak at Computer Security Institute NetSec 2007

St. John’s, NL – May 8, 2007 – Ian Turnbull, a business associate of Plato and the Executive Director of the Canadian Privacy Institute, will be speaking at the upcoming Computer Security Institute NetSec 2007 conference in Scottsdale, Arizona.   The presentation will focus on data masking and its capacity to protect sensitive information from the growing threat of internal data theft.

The presentation, entitled “Data Masking: Countering Internal Data Theft”, will demonstrate how data masking can help overcome ongoing data privacy challenges facing security officers, privacy professionals, and C-level executives.
