Kevin Duggan - Chief Executive Officer
Kevin brings over 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the management team. Prior to starting Plato Group, Kevin held a variety of human resource management positions in the telecommunications and information technology industry, from technical software development and business process reengineering through to project management. In addition to being one of the four owners and founding principal of the company, Kevin leads the executive team to define and achieve Camouflage’s organization objectives.
Kevin Duggan holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
Steven Pomroy - Chief Technology Officer
Steven has worked with Camouflage Software Inc. for the past five years with responsibilities including overseeing analysis, design, and testing of Camouflage, the company’s flagship data masking product. Most notably, Steven has overseen the creation of Camouflage from the ground up, as an instrumental influence in managing, driving and defining its core technologies. In the past, Steven has worked with Plato Group, an IT company specializing in ERP consulting as a senior consultant and leader of PeopleSoft integration projects throughout Canada and the U.S. Such experiences make him an expert in connecting IT to the needs of business. Early in his career, Steven demonstrated his entrepreneurial skills as technical lead and founding partner of NetWorks Internet Services.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree with a concentration in information systems management from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
Jackie Hennessey - Director,Operations
Jackie brings 25 years of experience in HR, IT, quality management, and operations management to Camouflage Software Inc. Prior to Camouflage, Jackie worked in telecom for 15 years and also held positions as a senior consultant and operations manager. While at Camouflage, Jackie’s leadership has made improvements in operational efficiency and execution. Moreover, Jackie provides end-to-end management of Camouflage’s service and support in all markets and countries.
Ted Papotto - VP, Sales & Marketing
As Vice President of Sales & Alliances, Ted Papotto leads Camouflage’s worldwide sales initiatives and is responsible for both direct and indirect sales channels. Ted has more than 20 years of sales and management experience in delivering enterprise solutions, including relational database, supply chain and eBusiness products, to a wide range of industries.
Previously, Ted served as founder of The Launch Team, a consulting company specializing in sales and marketing programs for emerging technology companies, in Toronto. Throughout his career, Ted has worked with clients in a range of industries, including, automotive, consumer packaged goods, banking and finance, manufacturing, retail and telecommunications.
Ted holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Toronto.
Danny Tuff - VP, Strategic Alliances
As Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Danny Tuff leads Camouflage Software's worldwide partner initiatives and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships which extends Camouflage’s technical and operational resources.
As a co-founder that pioneered the concept of real-time energy monitoring, Danny was the president and CEO of Blue Line Innovations, a company that introduced the PowerCost Monitor to the market. An award-winning executive and entrepreneur, Danny has the natural affinity for recognizing cutting- edge opportunities while implementing breakthrough strategies to enhance the bottom line.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Philosophy from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
