Executive Team

Danny is the Chief Financial Officer of Camouflage software Inc.  He is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Company’s financial operations.  Danny has over 12 years experience in the professional services industry, including 9 years in Bermuda working with a “Big 4” audit firm, as well as one of the world’s largest offshore legal, fiduciary and administration services firms.

Jackie brings 25 years of experience in HR, IT, quality management, and operations management to Camouflage Software Inc. Prior to Camouflage, Jackie worked in telecom for 15 years and also held positions as a senior consultant and operations manager. While at Camouflage, Jackie’s leadership has made improvements in operational efficiency and execution. Moreover, Jackie provides end-to-end management of Camouflage’s service and support in all markets and countries.

Kevin Duggan - Chief Executive Officer
Kevin brings over 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the management team. Prior to starting Plato Group, Kevin held a variety of human resource management positions in the telecommunications and information technology industry, from technical software development and business process reengineering through to project management. In addition to being one of the four owners and founding principal of the company, Kevin leads the executive team to define and achieve Camouflage’s organization objectives.

Kevin Duggan holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Kevin is the President of Camouflage Software Inc. He is responsible for the Company’s overall strategic direction. Kevin has been heavily involved in business development in key markets and with managing customer relationships. These areas are supplemented by almost 20 years in IT, business development, and strategic planning. Prior to forming Plato in 1997, Kevin spent upwards of 10 years in the telecommunications and information technology sector. Kevin Fleming holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
